Workout Clothing

Wear comfortable (neither too tight nor too loose) skin friendly clothing suitable for workout that allows free body movements.
Also, wear snug fit shoes having proper cushioning and support.

Carry Along

All members need to carry a pair of clean shoes to change into for any activity on any of our studio floors. Shoes that have been worn outside are not permitted inside the studio.
Also carry a towel and a sipper.

Importantly, come with a smile and be ready to have fun!

Tips for Beginners

  • Let the instructor know you are new. Don’t hesitate to ask for help.
  • Start with a warm-up. It will prevent injuries and prepare your body for your workout.
  • When your instructor introduces a new move, Watch before you Try.
  • Come with a friend. This will help you adjust and remain motivated.
  • Normally, by the end of the third session, you will be more comfortable and settled!!
