At Tranceform Fitness, we try and maintain a ratio of one fitness trainer to five members so that all the members get proper attention. This helps in getting motivated, maintaining and correcting posture, pushing the body to its limits along with the right breathing patterns.
Personal training is an unique feature provided at Tranceform Fitness in which a designated Fitness trainer is provided for an individual member with the concept of 1:1.
This designated trainer scientifically trains the member and guides him through out the workouts which helps the member to achieve his/her fitness goals.
During the personal training sessions the trainer explains the do’s and dont’s of the workouts. He then designs the workout schedule as per the member’s specific requirements. As an add on, Nutritional guidance is provided complementary for the members who go for Personal training.
This unique feature helps in achieving the desired fitness objective in the least possible time!
